Purveyors of Pop is an independent entertainment company producing cutting-edge programming across multiple platforms. Founded in 2010 by veteran executive producers Matt Anderson and Nate Green, POP specializes in programming at the forefront of the pop culture zeitgeist. Before starting their own Purveyors of Pop banner, the duo developed and produced shows ranging from MTV’s The Ashlee Simpson Show to Project Runway to several iterations of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise, where they produced over 175 episodes and raised the franchise value to over $500 million.
Experts at brand-building and collaborating with talent to create bespoke, authentic unscripted series, Matt and Nate have helped artists like Bethenny Frankel build and sell her company Skinnygirl for $100 million, and Ashlee Simpson blow up her album Autobiography into a triple-platinum hit record.
POP’s series slate includes Bravo’s record-breaking, eleven-season franchise Married to Medicine (with iterations in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Houston), Bravo’s Real Housewives of Miami and its reboot on Peacock, MTV’s hot relationship social experiment Ex On The Beach, The Julia Child Challenge cooking format on Food Network/Discovery+, Fox International Channels’ franchise Lucky Ladies (with iterations in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Italy), VH1’s real estate occu-soap Love & Listings, and E!’s girl power podcast-turned-talk format Ladygang.
